Returns

RETURNS IN CANADA
We will accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unhemmed, tags intact merchandise within 14 days of when you received the item for A ONLINE GIFT CARD TO USE ON A FUTURE PURCHASE. Customers are responsible for the return shipping .
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bras or under garments and swimsuits can not be returned .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Just email us with your return request to start the process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit
If you are approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. That credit can be used on our shopify store or our Serena’s location at 75 Talbot st west Blenheim Ontario.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange , unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Serenasladieswear@gmail.com and send your item to: 75 Talbot Street West, Blenheim ON N0P 1A0, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail or bring your product to: 75 Talbot Street West, Blenheim ON N0P 1A0, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As well as the shipping costs for mailing the exchanged items back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for your return and you paid shipping for this item, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit .
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
